Our Sympathy Arrangement makes a beautiful statement on its own when sending condolences to a home and works perfectly styled alongside other items in the collection at a service. Choose from one of our curated color palettes, mix and match with other items as needed, and our team will handle the rest. 

Pictured is our "Classic" palette featuring a mix of pastels in peach, blue, lavender, and yellow. Examples shown for other palettes are not our work but represent how the color palettes may translate to arrangements.

  • Our designers use the best blooms the season has to offer in your selected color palette, meaning your design may not exactly match the one shown here in terms of flower varieties, but it will always compare in style, quality and size.
  • All online orders must be placed at least 72 hours advance notice. For requests with shorter notice, please call us at 603-373-0375 to speak with our floral team directly. 
  • Sympathy + Memorial orders with specified color palettes require a minimum of $250. Designer's choice palettes require no minimum spend.
customizations

In order to maintain a budget-friendly price point on the Sympathy + Memorial menu, customization is limited. Our color palettes were intentionally curated to suit a variety of services and needs no matter the season.

That being said, we know that sometimes you really need that one color. Send us a picture of the one additional hue you want incorporated and our designers will happily provide guidance on how it could be added to one of our signature palettes to suit your needs ($45 customization fee applies).

delivery + pickup

Our team can deliver to the location of your choice and will work with the on-site coordinator to ensure proper setup of your florals, as needed. Alterntaviely, Sympathy + Memorial items can be picked up at our Portsmouth shop where we're open 7-days a week 7am-3pm. 

changes + cancellations

Due to the quick turnaround of Sympathy + Memorial orders we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

Q: Can I customize my color palette or flower varieties?

A: While you can't choose individual flowers, know that we will be hand-selecting flowers in peak freshness for your order. None of our palettes feeling quite right? We'd be happy to partially customize one with an additional color for a small fee.

 

Q: When should I place my order? 

A: We require at least 72 hours notice for memorial flowers to ensure that we can guarantee your selected color palette. Looking to send or pickup a sympathy arrangement outside this timeframe? Please see our full flower menu for a designer's choice arrangement- we got you!

Q: Are you available for my event date? 

A: As long as your date shows as available on the calendar at checkout, that means our team is available and ready to design for you!

Q: I'd like to pick up my flowers. When should I plan to do so?

A: We recommend picking up your order the day of your event so they're as fresh as possible. However, we realize that's not always doable. If you do need to pick up the day beforehand, make sure you'll have a place to store the flowers until your event that's in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight, and away from any heat sources.
